Terms For Residency

To have a space reserved, there is a Minimum required stay of "2 months". All rents will start on the reservation due in date unless you notify us at least two weeks prior to due in date.

If your application is not accepted under Sun Vista rules of occupancy, 100% of your deposit will be refunded.

One resident in each unit must be at least 55 and the other resident must have a minimum age of 45. We are required to have a photo ID proof of age document from you, i.e. driver’s license, passport, etc. to maintain our 55+ status.

Pets are welcome with a weight limit of 40 pounds per pet at maturity. There is a limit of two pets per unit.

Cancellations are subject to 25% administration fee. See the rulebook for details on refunds.

ALL RENTS are due upon arrival and must be paid for the entire reservation period.

Two months reservation require a $200.00 NON-refundable deposit*
Three and five months reservation require a $250.00 deposit*
Annual reservation can be made with a $300.00 deposit and will have first choice of available spaces*
Balance of rent is due upon arrival

Sales Tax applies to All Rents for the First 90 Days.

GUEST FEES

Rates are based upon the occupancy of two people per space.
Fees for each additional guest are: $3.00 Daily $15.00 Weekly

REFUNDS

Deposits are refundable with a written notice 30 days prior to
reservation date, less 25% administration fee.
