All rentals will start on the original arrival date unless you notify us at least two weeks in advance.
One resident in each unit must be at least 55 and the other resident must have a minimum age of 45. We are required to obtain photo ID for proof of age (i.e. driver’s license, passport, etc.) to maintain our 55+ status.
PETS are welcome at Sun Vista RV Resort.
CANCELLATIONS Must be recieved (60) Days prior to original arrival date, to be considered for refund.
GUEST FEES
Rates are based upon the occupancy of two people per space. Fees for each additional guest are $3.00 daily and $15.00 weekly.
REFUNDS
See the rule book for full details on refunds. If cancellation is received (60) Days prior to original arrival date, we will issue a refund of your deposit minus a $150 Administrative Fee. All Refunds are made at the sole and absolute descretion of Management. NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED PORTIONS OF RENT.
